Administrative Team
The CCP admin team, some of whom have worked in classrooms extensively, is passionate about supporting children. The team keeps CCP running smoothly with operations, finance, compliance, and administration.
Ginger Wills, Operations Manager - [email protected]
Ginger Wills started with CCP in June of 2003 as a part-time Administrative Assistant, and was promoted to Operations Manager to oversee Human Resources and Accounts Payable. Before joining CCP, Ginger managed a horse boarding facility, worked for a large animal veterinarian, and taught horseback riding and swimming. She has always enjoyed working with children, and sometimes brings her horse or pony to the centers, teaches knitting, reads in the classroom, and filled in as an aide.

Raymond Kong, Finance Manager- [email protected]
Raymond has more than 20 years of diverse industry experience in accounting and finance. His past professional experiences included leading all accounting, tax, finance, budgeting, and forecasting functions. He obtained a B.S. in Accounting from San Francisco State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. His commitment to the mission comes from his drive to serve the community. He is passionate about Coastside Children's Programs and advocating for quality early care and education. In his spare time, he likes to volunteer, read books, and go hiking.

Hello CCP Family! My name is Cynthia Flores. I am proud to be a Half Moon Bay local. There is truly no place like home and I am grateful to be a part of such an amazing program that has helped families along the coast for many years.
My mom is a huge inspiration her experiences is what has drawn me to CCP’s Program and Enrollment Specialist position. She’s a family enrollment specialist at a preschool agency and I’ve always seen the way she’s so passionate on helping the families she enrolls, if they have any needs and will help them with resources. When she would have meetings, I would volunteer with babysitting the kids and keeping them busy by reading ton them or making art activities with them while the parents would have their monthly meetings. I am excited to bring my own passion for helping families to the work I do every day.
I am a mother of two loving boys. On my spare time I love to spend time with them, watching movies, going to the park, walking along the trail, etc. When my first born began preschool I would volunteer in the classroom and assist the teachers with whatever they needed. From cleaning the counters/tables after the kids were done eating, helping wash the children's hands to leading story time for them time to time. Now that I have my second son in preschool I try to be hands on and volunteer as much as I can.
I look forward with working and meeting all our families in the program, and being as much of a support to both families and teachers as I can be.
