Ginger Wills, Operations Manager - [email protected]
Ginger Wills started as a CCP parent with her son at our HMB Preschool and our HMB School Age site.
She started working for CCP in June of 2003 as a part-time Administrative Assistant and was promoted
to our full time Operations Manager to oversee Human Resources and Accounts Payable where she enjoys
working with our staff and vendors. Before joining CCP, Ginger worked for a law firm, a local large animal
veterinarian, the local feed store, managed a local horse boarding facility, had her own cow/calf business
and taught horseback riding and swimming lessons to local youth. She team-ropes, barrel races, does some
cutting and jumping. She has always enjoyed working with children and sometimes brings her horse or pony
to the centers, teaches the children how to rope, teaches knitting and crocheting, reads in the classroom, and
fills in as an aide. The children call her "Miss Gingerbread". After her son graduated, he went onto become a
local EMT, first responder and is working on becoming a paramedic.

Nancy Camarena, Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant- [email protected]
Nancy joined Coastside Children’s Programs’ administrative team in 2016. She has an A.S.
in Business Administration, Economics, and Statistics. She is a Half Moon Bay native. Living and
being raised on the coast has been amazing for her. Nancy appreciates the teaching staff and is
so grateful for all that they do. One of thing she enjoys about CCP is watching the kids grow
from preschoolers to young children, amazed by how much they learn and the new friendships
they make while at CCP as well as all the fun memories they create.
She has four children that keep her on her toes. Her three oldest are currently part of the CCP family and have
attended since preschool. Her oldest son, JJ, is enjoying his last year both at Hatch Elementary
and at CCP. Manuel is in first year, Cataleya just started her TK journey, and Yaneli will be two years old in
February. During her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing sports with her kids and being
around family.
